For all Purchasers of a registered puppy......In Canada, it is the requirement of the Breeder to register a dog at the breeder's expense and provide such registration to the purchaser, either within six months from purchase date, or upon proof of spay/neuter from the purchaser's vet if so requested by the breeder, plus a signed CKC spay/neuter agreement, for limited registered dogs.
For Limited Registration, all spay/neuter CKC contracts must be signed and returned before shipping the puppy, or signed in person at the time of taking possession of the puppy.

Deposits are nonrefundable except under special circumstances whereby $150 will be withheld from a deposit by the Breeder to cover cost of loss of sale.
There will be an additional cost for delivery and/or shipping, plus cost of a shipping crate if shipped by air.
FINAL PAYMENT MINUS DEPOSIT, PLUS SHIPPING FEES WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN CASH, MONEY ORDER, CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR DIRECT BANK TRANSFER BEFORE SHIPMENT OR AT TIME OF PICKUP OF THE PUPPY.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
The deposit will be refunded in full or applied to another litter, if the 7 week vet check indicates the pup will have a serious life threatening genetic problem. The purchaser may choose which option he/she wishes. Should your chosen pup have a non-lifethreatening problem, you may choose to accept your puppy or wait on a future litter.
Routine reference checks MAY be done with your local animal authorities and/or other applicable agencies pending final sale and may result in this contract being null and void, at the discretion of the breeder, if the purchaser has misrepresented themselves, with no refund of deposit.
Pick-up and/or delivery arrangements must be made at time of deposit. If pick-up and/or delivery are not possible during the 8th week after birth, an additional $20.00 per day boarding fee may be arranged for a short period of time, (no more than five extra days) and will become due along with the final payment. If the puppy has not been picked up by the ninth week and no arrangements have been made, you will forfeit your deposit and the puppy will be put up for adoption. This paragraph may be negotiated under special circumstances.
FINAL CONTRACT INCLUDING AGREEMENT CONTRACT FOR SPAY/NEUTER
The Purchaser agrees to have his/her vet, check his/her new puppy within 72 hours of being in the purchaser's possession. A copy of your 72 hour vet check up MUST be forwarded to Carolaine Acres within two weeks of seeing your vet, or your health guarantee will be null and void and you will forfeit being able to return the puppy for refund or choice of another puppy.
Your puppy must be spayed/neutered by seven months from date of picking up your puppy.

Your vet MUST send documentation directly to Carolaine Acres verifying spay/neuter on his clinic's letter head. Once this has been confirmed, Carolaine Acres will provide completed CKC Registration and all health testing copies, and pedigree papers pertaining to the Dam and Sire of your pup
FINAL GUARANTEE
Carolaine Acres' guarantees that this puppy is in good health and has received appropriate medical immunizations, and care, including parvo and worming based on his/her vet check-up. Carolaine Acres guarantees that this puppy is free of life threatening diseases (such as heart murmurs, parvo, etc.).
For two years, from date of purchase, if your pup should contract the following genetic problems, Von Willebrands, Thyroid malfunction, Addison's Disease, or genetic eye problems, THAT HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR, and attested to in writing to Carolaine Acres, by the Purchaser's Veterinarian, Carolaine Acres will provide the purchaser with a replacement puppy as soon as such a puppy is available. All veterinarian costs and shipping costs to return a puppy, are the purchaser's responsibility.
Please note that whether by accident or intent, if you should breed your puppy when you have agreed to a spay/neuter contract, Carolaine Acres will not supply you with any health records and/or testing results pertaining to your pup and/or his/her parents, and any health guarantees will be null and void. You also agree to return your puppy upon request by Carolaine Acres, if you breed your puppy without an agreement to do so.
If you find you need to sell your puppy at any time, and you have complied with the conditions of this contract, Carolaine Acres will take the puppy back and rehome him/her under special conditions mutually convenient for both the purchaser or breeder. Refund, or any other financial considerations will be returned to the purchaser for this service, and will include the original purchase price, minus costs for boarding, feeding, advertising, time and paperwork done by the breeder for efforts put into rehoming your puppy. Shipping costs to return a puppy will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If you sell/give your puppy to a third party, within the first two years of his/her life, all health guarantees become null and void and are non transferable. If this puppy has been purchased for a third party without the breeder's consent, legal action will be taken if the puppy is not returned to Carolaine Acres immediately.
